Production Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure business efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. This role involves managing processes, supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and aligning operations with overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company or department to ensure goals are achieved.
• Develop and implement efficient operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize costs.
• Lead and mentor operational staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments (HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) to streamline business processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve operational problems and bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
• Coordinate resource allocation and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related Education / field work.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in an operations or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency in operational management software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Financial literacy and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Work Environment:

• Full-time role, often in an office setting with occasional site or client visits.
• May require extended hours or weekend work depending on business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
