Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, manage production planning, optimize workflow, ensure quality standards, and lead the production team to achieve output targets efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise and guide production team, technicians, and department workforce.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase productivity.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, store, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality policies & manufacturing guidelines.
• Track material usage, inventory levels, machine utilization & manpower allocation.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review production reports, maintain documentation, and present performance metrics.
• Support new product development and process optimization.
• Reduce wastage, improve efficiency, and control production costs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure preventive maintenance schedules.

Salary

As per industry standards & experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
