Production Manager

Job Summary:
The Production Manager – Interiors is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all interior production activities to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and efficient use of resources. The role involves managing the production floor, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and optimizing manpower and materials.Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Execution ● Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project timelines. ● Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of drawings and requirements. ● Allocate resources (manpower, machinery, and materials) effectively to meet delivery deadlines. ● Monitor production workflow and ensure timely completion of interior work orders.2. Quality Control & Process Improvement ● Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of production. ● Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve quality or process issues. ● Implement continuous improvement techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste.3. Safety & Compliance ● Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the factory/production area. ● Maintain proper documentation of production, materials, and quality reports. ● Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of modular furniture/interior production processes. ● Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and BOQs. ● Good understanding of raw materials, finishes, and hardware used in interiors. ● Leadership and team management skills. ● Time management and problem-solving abilities. ● Knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems (preferred). ● Bachelor’s degree ● 10+ Years of experience in end-to-end Production ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ● Technical proficiency in relevant modular industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,800.55 - ₹90,255.55 per month
