Position Overview:

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the spray drying unit and other associated production processes.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet output targets and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and calibration of spray drying equipment and related machinery.
• Supervise production staff, provide training, and enforce operational protocols and safety standards.
• Coordinate with R&D, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline production activities.
• Monitor process parameters, raw material usage, and yield optimization to reduce production costs.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and uphold product quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in spray drying machinery

  and production management.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on productivity and quality.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in the herbal/natural extract or nutraceutical industry.
• Familiarity with ISO, FSSAI, and other regulatory compliances.
