Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Production Coordination:

- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate and engaging educational content.

- Coordinate with the animation and editing teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements.

2. Animation and Editing Supervision:

- Oversee the craftsmanship of animation and editing, ensuring high-quality output.

- Implement new techniques and tools to enhance the animation and editing processes.

3. Content Shooting Leadership:

- Lead the content shooting department, ensuring efficient and high-quality video production.

- Coordinate shoots, manage lighting setups, and oversee VFX supervision.

4. Visualization and Innovation:

- Utilize strong visualization skills to guide the creative direction of content.

- Continuously explore and implement new methods of shooting, lighting, and visual effects to improve content quality.

5. Pressure Management:

- Maintain composure and efficiency under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.

- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of content production efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Media Studies, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the EdTech industry.

- Proven experience in coordinating with SMEs, animation, and editing teams.

- Strong visualization skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and VFX supervision.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with educational content production.

- Familiarity with the latest production and editing software and tools.

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in EdTech content creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
