Job Summary: The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs efficiently, cost-effectively, and meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of textile production processes, particularly in velvet manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day production operations to meet targets in quality, quantity, and delivery timelines. * Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure smooth workflow across departments. * Monitor production schedules, materials, and inventory levels to optimize resource utilization. * Ensure compliance with quality control, safety, and maintenance standards. * Collaborate with the design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues. * Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Prepare production reports, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. * Maintain equipment and ensure timely preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. * Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve performance goals. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in textile manufacturing, preferably in velvet or fabric production. * Strong understanding of textile machinery, production planning, and quality control. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of modern textile production technologies and ERP systems. * Hands-on experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing practices. * Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹16,457.36 - ₹78,772.12 per month
