Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Gangtok. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production operations, ensure adherence to safety regulations, manage the production team, and optimize production processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating production schedules, monitoring production performance, implementing quality control measures, and preparing production reports. The Production Manager will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and meeting production targets.

Qualifications
