Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Gangtok. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production department, including planning, coordinating, and managing production schedules to meet targets. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing production staff, optimizing resource use, and maintaining equipment. The Production Manager will also collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity and address any production issues that arise.
