Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Gangtok. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing process, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and compliance with safety standards. The role includes planning and coordinating production schedules, managing a team of production staff, and optimizing resource utilization. The Production Manager will also be involved in troubleshooting production issues, implementing process improvements, and maintaining detailed documentation of production activities.

Qualifications

Experience in production management, quality control, and process optimization
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
Proficiency in planning and coordinating production schedules
