Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Manager to lead our factory operations. This individual will oversee day-to-day garment production—ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth workflow between pattern masters, tailors, embroiderers, and finishing staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise end-to-end garment production from sampling to dispatch Coordinate with designers and merchandisers to understand garment specifications Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of orders Allocate tasks to tailors, handwork artisans, and finishing teams Ensure quality checks at various production stages Maintain production inventory and fabric usage records Liaise with vendors for trims, lining, and production materials Troubleshoot on-floor issues and optimize efficiency Ensure maintenance of cleanliness, discipline, and productivity at the factory Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in garment/fashion production Strong knowledge of tailoring, embroidery techniques, fabric behavior, and garment construction Ability to manage large and small production batches Efficient in team handling and inter-department communication Basic Excel or production tracking software knowledge is a plus Passion for quality and a sharp eye for detail Strong leadership and time management skills Compensation: Based on experience and skills Availability: Immediate or within 14 days To Apply: Email your CV to contact@simrandhillondesigns.com with the subject line: Application for Production Manager – Simran Dhillon Show more Show less
