Job Summary:

Dispatch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise daily dispatch activities.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure availability of finished goods.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents including challans, invoices, and transport records.
Monitor vehicle scheduling, loading, and route planning for efficient deliveries.
Liaise with transporters, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
Track dispatched consignments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Maintain proper records of stock movement and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Optimize dispatch costs while maintaining service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Supervise and train dispatch staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any stream.
3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse management.
Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory control, and transport operations.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/dispatch management software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
