Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. The Production Manager will lead a team of production staff and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
• Plan and organize production workflows and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, engineering, and procurement, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels and materials procurement to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in production management to continuously improve operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
