Job Location:

• Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand order requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Lead and manage a team of production personnel, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure efficient production operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching and mentoring as required.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of fabricated products to identify any defects or non-conformities.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and improve quality procedures and processes.
• Process Improvement and Optimization: Continuously analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient workflows.
• Recommend and implement changes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Monitor production metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• 13. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees and enforce safe work practices.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, procurement, and maintenance, to address production-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with the management team to provide regular updates on production progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  

Skills

• Proven experience as a production manager or similar role in the fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Must have knowledge of Designing, Scada, AutoCAD.
• Understanding Mechanical Tools , Unit of Measurements , Raw material .
