Production Manager

Position Overview:

VR Jewels is seeking a reliable, disciplined, and highly efficient Production Manager to

oversee end-to-end production operations. The role requires strong communication,

excellent coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to managing workflow across the

office.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all incoming and outgoing production activities

Manage logistics, packaging, dispatch, and order flow

Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely production completion

Track order status and share updates with relevant departments

Maintain production schedules, reports, and quality checks

Monitor inventory movement and ensure smooth operational functioning

Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain workflow efficiency

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in production or operations management

Strong communication and leadership qualities

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask and manage high-volume work

Loyal, trustworthy, and capable of handling responsibility independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
