Job Description

We're Hiring: Production Manager

📍 Location: Udaipur | Industry: Fashion (Ethnic Wear) | 🕘 Full-time

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of stitching, painting, and handwork units
Ensure timely production while maintaining high quality standards
Coordinate with design, dispatch, and inventory teams to streamline workflow
Monitor raw material usage, manage stock levels, and handle procurement coordination
Maintain discipline and efficiency on the production floor
Troubleshoot daily challenges and lead a team with empathy and clarity

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in garment/fashion production management
Strong understanding of production timelines, fabric handling, and finishing
Proven leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of artisanal or small-batch production is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
