Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure production KPIs (UPPH, Daily order closure, SFRN, FTR & 6S) as per defined target . Organize shop floor meeting with cross functional dept to ensure on time production . Meeting with stores and planning to ensure D+1 material availability . Analyze line losses and take counter action for improvement ® Coordination with other line in charge to understand objectives and understand requirements. (AC) Ensure consumption of consumables as per budget ® Monitor Production system to resolve issues and support team to follow systems / SOP’s (AC) Need to make SOP’s function wise to cover GAP’s. (AC) Meeting with superior on daily and weekly to explain issues and finding of solutions ® Responsible to keep SFRN minimum and take counter action on scrap producing NC’s ® Management of operator / subordinate in shift as per production plan ® Responsible for discipline on shop floor ®. Maintain operator attendance and calculate weekly labor cost against budget and keep monitoring of head count ®. Responsible for AM activity of machine ®. Ensure stage WIP inventory as per system in PSV ®. Responsible to implement action on root cause analysis against quality/process issue ® Maintain line quality as per standard of industrial park (AC). Training to operator to explain quality issue and skill improvement of operator. ® Cost reduction projects and innovation to improve capacity ® Responsible for capacity / quality improvement projects (AC) Preferred candidate profile Manpower management, Problem solving, Line improvement, Manpower multiskilling and skill upgradation. Expenses management against generation. Strong communication with related department to avoid losses. Root cause analysis MS office
