Associate Vice President- Non Trading platforms

Position Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to digitally enhance the customer-broker relationship, driving client engagement, retention, product diversification, and operational efficiency through superior user experience (UX) and process automation. The role also acts as Program Manager for strategic digital initiatives, driving end-toend project execution and cross-functional alignment while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior user and business outcomes

Direct Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision and roadmap for trading products (web, mobile, APIs), CRM platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Define product/feature vision, strategy, and KPIs in alignment with business goalsacross both client-facing and internal digital solutions.

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements discovery (including CRM and support automation projects), planning, execution, launch, and enhancement.

• Gather customer, business, and competitor insights to drive best-in-class user journeys for traders, investors, sales, and support teams.

Drive Program Management for strategic projects, owning project planning, cross-functional resource allocation, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery.

• Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, risk, compliance, operations, and business teams for successful product delivery and adoption

• Champion the implementation, integration, and optimization of CRM and internal platforms, ensuring robustness, scalability, and regulatory alignment.

• Mentor junior product managers; drive stakeholder alignment across product and project portfolios. • Track and optimize product and program performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics, iterating as needed for both trading and non-trading platforms.

T technical & Behavioural Competencies

Experience in product and project/program management experience, including leadership of trading, fintech, CRM, and internal platforms. Strong background of broking industries.

• Proven record in broking or related financial services, with hands-on expertise in equities, F&O, CRM systems, workflow tools, and regulatory environments

. • Technical proficiency in integrating trading engines, APIs, CRM, market data feeds, and internal business systems.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills, experienced in Agile methodologies and collaborative environments
