Role & responsibilities

Senior Product Manager Supplier Order Management

A Day in the Life:

Develop the overall strategy and roadmap for supplier-facing order management experiences across Partner Home and API integrations.
Enable suppliers to reliably fulfil dropship orders through clear visibility, insights, and automated workflows.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Service, and Partner Support teams to simplify exception handling, incident management, and returns processes.
Lead the design, rollout, and adoption of performance dashboards and feedback loops to enhance fulfilment speed, accuracy, and quality.
Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to define user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
Act as the voice of the supplier within GST, advocating for scalable solutions that strike the right balance between user experience, operational efficiency, and system performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B, e-commerce, or supply chain technology environments.
Hands-on experience building or optimizing e-commerce or logistics platforms.
Strong customer empathy and the ability to convert complex operational workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to prioritization and performance tracking.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities to align diverse technical and operational teams.
