Job Description

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Develop and manage product structures in Siemens Teamcenter and SAP for the compressor valve portfolio
Manage and execute product improvement and product maintenance for compressor valves
Define product categorization & product standards
Convert existing valve portfolio into modular assemblies and subassemblies and define configuration logic.
Create configurable design templates enabling dimensioning and material selection based on application or customer requirements
Create parametric drawings and models for valve components and assemblies
Manage a team of valve design engineers
Supervise entry level engineers
Guide team members to have them accomplish their performance goals
Comply with organizational HR policies and procedures.
