Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Portfolio Manager based in Kolkata. To convert prospects into buyers, conduct site visits, and close property sales while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving monthly revenue targets. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Portfolio Management and Investments Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing, and locality insights. Effective communication and client management skills. Basic computer skills(Excel,Ms-Word). Good command over English, Hindi, Bangla. Strong communication & negotiation.
