Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop and maintain robust server-side applications. Implement scalable and secure APIs and web services. Integrate with front-end components and third-party services. Design and optimize database schemas. Develop, test, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases. Ensure data integrity and security. Optimize application performance and scalability. Monitor and troubleshoot server-side issues. Implement caching strategies and load balancing. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Follow and enforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. Work closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose and implement improvements to development processes. Skills and Abilities: : Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot 3, Spring Security or similar. Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL). Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Docker, Linux). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
