Job Purpose : SUPERVISORY

Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities :

. Should have experience in Production Line to Manufacture Auto Parts

. Stamping, Robotic Welding, Surface Treatment Process

. Planning & Scheduling

. Manpower Handling, Resource Handling

. Quality Control

. Process Supervision

. Budget & Cost Control

. Coordination with other departments

. Equipment Installations

. Maintenance of Equipment

. Lead Team of Production involving Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Purchase departments.

. Deliver to Customer Schedule

. ISO 9001/IATF Process & Implementation.

. Should be well versed in Product safety, Calibration, Training, Internal Audits

. Supplier Selection & Monitoring

. Design & Development

. Non Confirming Product

. Corrective Action & Problem Solving

. Excellent Leadership & Management Skills

. Ability to Plan, Schedule & Organise effectively

. Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills to coordinate with different departments

. Problem Solving skills to address issues & drive efficiency.

. Responsible for delivering production as per production plan, ensuring safety, quality within specifications, yields and usages within targets.

. Responsible to maintain ERP Entry

. Responsible to maintain Production report,track production capacity

Minimum Level of Education and Experience :

DME/BE

Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Process.

Key Performance Indicators :

Efficient use of Man Power, Quality, Meeting Deadlines, Throughput, Operational Health & Maintenance

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
