Job Description

We’re hiring a proactive Operations & Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate has 12-15 years of hands-on experience in managing event logistics, technical setups, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan event timelines, budgets, and production sheets.
  • Coordinate logistics: venue, transport, crew, permissions, and accommodations.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Oversee technical production—sound, lights, staging, and AV.
  • Manage on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Support clients and stakeholders throughout planning and execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports and debriefs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Event Management or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in large-scale event production.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred:

  • Experience with corporate events, brand activations, or public shows.
  • Knowledge of production ecosystem.
  • Multilingual abilities and familiarity with safety/permit protocols.
