Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at our facility in Changodar. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily production processes, ensuring workflow efficiency and timely project deliveries. Responsibilities include managing quality control, supervising production schedules, liaising with the design and printing teams, and ensuring the effective utilization of resources.

Qualifications

• Production and workflow management skills, including the ability to oversee end-to-end processes and maintain quality standards.
• Experience in supervising teams and strong leadership skills to manage diverse roles effectively.
• Proficiency with print production technology and tools, as well as an understanding of graphic design workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members seamlessly.
• Prior experience in the printing and design industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management or a related field is preferred.
