We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Account Director for our Mumbai location with a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in Experiential Marketing, Corporate Events, or BTL industry. As an Associate Account Director, your responsibilities will include working on client acquisition processes, managing existing client relationships, and building a strong rapport with clients to establish a high level of trust that benefits the business in the long run. You will be expected to set and manage client expectations effectively, ensuring commitments are met to foster long-term relationships and capitalize on business opportunities. Translating client briefs and expectations accurately to internal teams and stimulating team discussions to refine concepts for client pitches will be essential aspects of your role. You will be responsible for providing clear briefs to the creative teams to ensure that the output aligns with client expectations and is approved with minimal revisions. Collaborating closely with the production team to develop client estimations and define production timelines will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will lead on-site management to oversee quality control and ensure timely project delivery while guiding the project team to perform at their best. Adherence to internal processes, maintaining compliance within the team, and staying informed about industry competition to lead by example are key components of this role. You will be expected to manage crisis situations and conflicts, making informed business decisions based on logic, facts, and data. Furthermore, inspiring and motivating the team, managing attrition, and fostering a positive work environment will be integral to your success in this position.
