Job Title: Production Manager – Garment Manufacturing Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu Company: Tirupur Hub Pvt. Ltd. Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month Experience: 8 to 12 Years Industry: Garment Export (Knitted Garments) Company Overview: Tirupur Hub Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing garment manufacturing company based in Tirupur, catering to both domestic and international markets. We specialize in high-quality knitted garments, driven by a strong focus on precision, on-time delivery, and unmatched product quality. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in export-oriented garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of the entire production cycle—from fabric inward to final dispatch—and must have prior experience in building and managing production teams from scratch. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Production Management: Supervise and oversee all stages of production—fabric inward, cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch—ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution. Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a competent team across all departments including fabric, cutting, stitching, quality control, finishing, and logistics. Quality Assurance: Ensure pristine quality standards are maintained throughout the production process, adhering to buyer specifications and compliance norms. Timely Delivery: Execute production plans to meet strict delivery timelines, coordinating with merchandising and planning teams to ensure order-wise completion. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for better efficiency, reduced waste, and cost-effectiveness. Communication & Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Must be able to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) for coordination with buyers and export clients. Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate production reports, monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress), and provide daily/weekly updates to senior management. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in a garment export house, handling large-scale knitted garment production. In-depth knowledge of garment construction, production processes, and export documentation. Strong experience in team formation and leadership across all production stages. Proven ability to execute orders with high quality standards and timely delivery. Based in or willing to relocate to Tirupur. Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred), with excellent communication and coordination skills. A go-getter attitude, self-driven, with a high level of responsibility and ownership. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Garment Manufacturing, Textile Technology, or related field. Prior experience in setting up new production lines or units will be an added advantage.
