Econ Arch Systems is a leading name in the manufacturing industry of architecture product. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and craftsmanship, we are looking for a highly experienced Plant Head to manage our complete plant operations and drive excellence in production and management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Oversee CNC Turning Machine operations with in-depth technical knowledge.

• Handle manpower management including allocation, training, and productivity improvement.

• Implement and maintain quality standards across all production processes.

• Develop and execute production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines.

• Prepare and maintain MIS Reports for production, manpower, and quality monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving measures.

• Coordinate with different departments (Quality, Design, HR, and Management) for efficient plant operations.

• Lead the team towards achieving monthly/annual production targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably with CNC turning machines).

• Strong expertise in CNC operations, production planning, and plant management.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports effectively.

• Strong communication and team-handling abilities.
