Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

l Ensure daily production targets are met with required efficiency and product quality.

l Assist in setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.

l Maintain cleanliness and order on the production line according to safety and hygiene standards.

l Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for shoe care product manufacturing (e.g., creams, polishes, sprays).

l Report any issues such as delays, equipment faults, or material shortages to the production supervisor.

l Record and maintain basic production data, including quantities produced and materials used.

l Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth line functioning.

l Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

l Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience working directly on a production line

l Basic knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.

l Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

l Willingness to work in shifts and handle physical work (e.g., standing for long periods, handling materials).

l Basic knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

l Shop floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and shoe care chemicals (e.g., wax, solvent, polish).

l Shift work may be required.

l Physical work including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

Preferred Skills:

l Experienc in production of consumer goods like polish, creams, or aerosols.

l Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools like 5S or Kaizen.

l Understanding of ISO or GMP practices in manufacturing.
