1. Overall responsibilities of independently handling the shift.
2. To meet SKU wise volume requirement in the shift.
3. To achieve KPIs of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity and Cost.
4. Implementation of Quality systems e.g. , HACCP, 5S, SGA in the shift.
Experience in the Food Industry is preferred ( FMCG)
1. Knowledge of HACCP/ISO 22000-2005, 5S,GMP and GHP.
2. Knowledge of ERP and similar systems.
3. Strong numerical, analytical and Trouble-shooting skills
4. Application of concepts like productivity, utilization, OEE, workflows, line balancing etc
5. Application of basic engineering principles in understanding new processes / technology
