Production Executive

As a Battery Production Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations in the battery production unit. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules, safety, and quality standards. Your primary focus will be on maintaining smooth workflow, managing production staff effectively, and achieving daily and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily battery production operations. - Monitor workflow, manpower allocation, and shift planning to optimize productivity. - Ensure compliance with production schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Manage production store activities, including raw material issue and finished goods tracking. - Maintain accurate daily production and attendance records. - Train and guide team members to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. - Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for seamless operations. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost control. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in people handling and production supervision. - Strong knowledge of battery production or related manufacturing operations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in shifts and effectively manage a production team.
