Position: Production Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Bhiwadi, Khairthal, Rajasthan



Role Overview


The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations while ensuring strict adherence to Pintola’s production processes, quality standards, SOPs, and food safety requirements. This role ensures smooth production flow, consistent output, accurate documentation, and robust quality control.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to planning, timelines, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict implementation of Pintola’s production processes, specifications, and SOPs across all stages.
  • Conduct routine in-process checks (consistency, moisture, weight accuracy, process control parameters, etc.) to maintain quality.
  • Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and quick resolution of issues.
  • Inspect and verify raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per defined quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene and sanitization practices, equipment cleanliness, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including BMRs, production logs, QC records, CCP checklists, and compliance reports.
  • Monitor material handling and storage practices for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Conduct final quality verification before dispatch and ensure only compliant goods are approved.
  • Identify process deviations, troubleshoot issues, and escalate critical matters to the Production/QA Manager.
  • Provide daily reporting on production status, quality performance, and any operational challenges.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, improve consistency, and strengthen overall process control.



Required skills


  • Strong understanding of production processes in FMCG/food manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of quality systems, food safety norms, GMP, HACCP, and CCP monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with in-process testing, line supervision, and process control.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage operations on the shop floor and enforce standards effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and discipline.
