Production Executive

Location: Oachghat, Solan, Himachal pradesh Department: Production Reports To: Plant Head Employment Type: Full-Time Salary - 15k to 25K Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily production operations, ensuring efficient and safe operation of process equipment such as columns and reactors, and managing on-ground labor to meet production targets within quality and safety standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure timely execution of production plans. Supervise the operation of columns, reactors, and other process equipment in compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines. Monitor process parameters and ensure optimal performance of equipment. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth and compliant production processes. Maintain accurate production records and generate daily production reports. Lead and supervise labor teams, ensuring proper task allocation and discipline on the shop floor. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations during all production activities. Assist in process improvements, troubleshooting, and implementation of corrective actions. Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure equipment integrity and process efficiency. Maintain inventory of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods related to production. Train and mentor junior staff or operators on production procedures and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field. 0 - 1 years of relevant experience in a production or plant operations role, preferably in chemical/pharma/oil & gas/etc. Sound knowledge of operating process equipment such as reactors and distillation columns. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards in a production environment.
