Job Description

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products.
Coordinate with the production team, quality control, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
Maintain production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are achieved.
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and production equipment.
Maintain accurate production records, including daily production reports, machine usage logs, and raw material consumption.
Assist in troubleshooting production-related problems and resolving technical issues.
Train and guide production staff to improve productivity and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
