Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Executive to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and team coordination to ensure timely and efficient output.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of components.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Manage workforce allocation and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain production records and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication and machining processes.
• Familiarity with CNC, Lathe, and VMC operations is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
