Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for driving growth and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Although not mandatory, having it is an asset. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
