Production Engineer

Position: Production Engineer (Mechanical) Preferred Age Restriction: 28 Yrs – 45 Yrs Experience: 10-15 Years with 5 years relevant experience in Production Planning CTC: 4.8 LPA – 6.5LPA Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Must Have Qualification: a)    CAD / SolidWorks b)   B.Tech Mechanical with 10 Years of Experience or Diploma (Mechanical Engg) with 12-14 Years of Experience c)    Must have fulfilled PPC Role / Production Role for 5 Years + Job Responsibilities Duties:   Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime. Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders. Develop and review production plan with management for approval. Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion. Escalate complex issues to management for resolution. Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions. Communicate production status to management and customers on regular basis. Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses. Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives. Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines. Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.   Must have Skills:   Drawing Reading, Experience of Fabrication, Welding And all Job Process. Preparation of BOM and Drawing Study. Preparation of Job Schedule. Co-ordination with Shop. To attend Production Review Meeting. Co-ordination with shop W.R.T. Schedule. Prior Intimation to customers if job is not completion as per schedule. Manage shop floor & meet production schedules. Ensuring safety of all employees by safe working practices. Capable for handling and guiding the team. To ensure production planning as per requirement and attainment of the production plan. Ensuring production targets are met with quality on day to day basis by effective utilization of human resources.   Selected Candidate shall have following Skills and Qualifications: Problem Solving Product Knowledge Selling to Customer Needs Product Development Presentation Skills General Programming Skills Technical Understanding Verbal Communication Requirements Analysis Should be well versed in languages such as English, Hindi A solid technical background Should be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Team working ability, analytical and problem-solving skills the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively Ability to make decisions under pressure. Candidate should have a good skill of SolidWorks/AutoCAD/MS Excel
