Job Title: Production Engineer (Automation & Control Panels)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

· Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules, optimizing resource allocation (manpower, machinery) for timely delivery.

· Automation & Control Systems: Oversee implementation, operation, and maintenance of PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and robotic automation, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

· Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline automated workflows.

· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, fostering skill development in automation and operational best practices.

· Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality standards, ensuring automated processes consistently produce compliant products.

· Budget & Cost Management: Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities within automated systems.

· Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and regulatory compliance, especially concerning automated equipment and electrical panels.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, procurement, sales, and maintenance teams to integrate automation effectively.

· Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analytics to track KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and report performance to senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation) or related field.

· Proven experience in production management and industrial automation (PLCs, Robotics, SCADA).

· Strong understanding of electrical panel design, wiring, and control systems.

· Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹9,194.21 - ₹50,000.00 per month
