Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & BD for ESS ( Energy Storage Solutions) position located in Manesar. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales processes, providing high-quality customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. This role also involves organizing training sessions to improve team performance and monitor sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Experience in Training and guiding teams to enhance productivity and performance.
• Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is advantageous.
