Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet targets.
  • Source materials and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Manage inventory to ensure sufficient stock for production.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of finished products to customers.
  • Track production progress and address any delays or issues.
  • Prepare production reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained in production.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other teams to optimize processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in production coordination, sourcing, or dispatch, preferably in an electrical manufacturing setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with production scheduling, inventory management, and ERP software.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
