- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Are comfortable with tools like Google Docs/Slides, LMS, Bookstack, or knowledge base systems
- Have a structured and proactive mindset
🎯 Intent of the Role
Scale knowledge across the CSM team and customers to accelerate onboarding, improve adoption, and strengthen engagement.🔑 Key Activities
- Maintain and improve the Knowledge Base (internal + customer-facing).
- Support and run onboarding programs for new CSM hires.
- Prepare and deliver customer training sessions (virtual/in-person).
- Develop guides, playbooks, FAQs, and training content.
- Drive and track customer adoption by monitoring usage and addressing gaps.
- Establish and support customer champions at each utility.
- Gather feedback on training and adoption effectiveness.
- Partner with Product and CSMs to align training with new feature rollouts.

- –30% reduction in new-hire ramp time.
- ≥ 80% customer training satisfaction.
- ≥ 5 active customer champions per utility.

- Bonus: Exposure to SaaS products or knowledge base systems.
