Product Trainer

You will collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Professional Services) and external stakeholders to design and deliver impactful training programs. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new joiners at LeadSquared.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Expertise

    : Gain deep knowledge of LeadSquared products, use cases, and configurations. Train internal teams on product functionalities and industry-specific solutions.
  • Deliver High-Quality Training

    : Conduct engaging sessions for customers, partners, and employees. Ensure excellent course quality and learner experience.
  • Host Seminars & Webinars

    : Organize sessions for internal and external audiences, creating content on product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

    : Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine learning paths and share valuable customer insights.
  • Support Self-Learning

    : Develop and maintain resources for self-paced product learning to foster continuous skill development.
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships

    : Act as a bridge between training, sales, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and drive customer value.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the software industry (preferably SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of LeadSquared technologies, product functionalities, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality training programs and achieving strong learner satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
