Product Trainer - Senior

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Trainer to be a key technical expert on our AI platform. In this role,

you will develop and deliver clear, in-depth training to our customers and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML and AI Agents, preferably

gained from hands-on experience with platforms in the customer service, process automation, or

workplace automation sectors. You will leverage this specialized background to translate complex

product capabilities into practical knowledge, ensuring users understand not just what our product

does, but how and why it works.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Deep Product Mastery: Develop a hands-on, expert-level understanding of our

entire AI platform, including its architecture, core models, and advanced configuration

options.

• Deliver Expert-Level Training: Lead engaging and highly technical training sessions for

customers and implementation partners. Your training must go beyond surface-level features

to cover architectural concepts, implementation best practices, and troubleshooting.

• Clarify the 'How' and 'Why': Master the ability to answer challenging, in-depth questions

from technical audiences. Your primary goal is to build user confidence and self-sufficiency.

• Develop Technical Competency: Design and deliver a curriculum focused on practical

application and deep technical understanding, utilizing hands-on labs, expert-led

demonstrations, and in-depth workshops.

• Be the Voice of the User: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, providing them

with direct feedback from the field to influence product improvements and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: 5 to 8+ years of experience in a product training for customers and/or partners
• Demonstrated ability to dive deep into complex technical topics and explain them with

clarity and authority to varied audiences.

• A natural curiosity for understanding how technology works "under the hood" and an ability

to articulate those workings to others.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven talent for making complex

subjects understandable and engaging.

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, comfortable with the demands of enterprise-level

customers and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a role that required training or enabling implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
