Product Trainer

You are looking for a dynamic professional with 3+ years of experience in product or sales training within the building construction materials/chemicals industry. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/BTech or MTech in Civil Engineering or a BSc/MSc in Chemistry. It is essential to have experience in training on products such as admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, etc. As a Product/Sales Trainer in Construction Chemicals, your key responsibilities will include conducting product and technical training sessions for sales teams and channel partners. You will be required to simplify complex product knowledge into practical field training that can be easily understood. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales by conducting product demonstrations and application training. This position is based in Navi Mumbai.
