Job Title: Product / Sales Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product / Sales Trainer who will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge and sales skills across our site teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about training, conducting audits, competitor analysis, and ensuring high standards in product presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective Product & Sales Training sessions for site teams to strengthen product knowledge and customer engagement.
  
• Visit competitor sites, analyze strategies, and prepare detailed reports.
  
• Conduct product presentation assessments and audits, followed by structured reports and feedback.
  
• Develop training content, calendars, trackers, and training materials to support continuous learning.
  
• Be flexible to travel across Chennai for training and audits.
  
• Provide weekend training support at sites (with compensatory off during weekdays).
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in Product Training or Sales Training (preferably from Real Estate, BPO, or Retail industries).
  
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  
• Hands-on experience in preparing reports, trackers, and training materials.
  
• Ability to travel and adapt to flexible working schedules.
  
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning & development.
