Product Trainer

Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver customer value and drive business growth. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to manage the entire product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  
• Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  

2. Product Development & Delivery

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
  
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
  
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies.
  

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
  
• Gather and integrate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams.
  
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and performance metrics to leadership.
  

4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

• Partner with marketing and sales to develop launch plans and promotional strategies.
  
• Support training and enablement for sales and customer success teams.
  
• Monitor post-launch performance and customer adoption, adjusting strategies as needed.
  

5. Continuous Improvement

• Use data and customer insights to guide product iterations and improvements.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• (Preferred) MBA or equivalent experience in product management.
  
• 3–7 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  
• Proven track record of managing a product or product line through its lifecycle.
  
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
