Job Description

Trainer Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive training courses and interactive materials tailored for diverse end-user groups (e.g., field teams, managers, administrative staff).

Conduct engaging training sessions both online (via Zoom, Teams, or other platforms) and in-person across various locations.

Customize training programs to align with client-specific business processes, industry practices, and software configurations.

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery through surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments; adapt content and methods accordingly.

Create training documentation including user manuals, video tutorials, quick-reference guides, and FAQs.

Provide first-line support to users during initial rollout phases, resolving software-related issues and offering functional guidance.

Collaborate with the product development and support teams to stay updated on software enhancements, ensuring training content remains current.

Track and report training metrics such as user adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and training completion rates.

Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and mentor internal trainers or super-users within the client organization & own organization.

Qualifications

5 to 9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years specifically in training or user enablement.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Proven experience delivering training in ERP, Telco CRM, BSS, Inventory Management, Sales & Distribution, or Incentive & Commission systems.

Strong understanding of enterprise software systems and their application in business contexts.

Ability to quickly grasp new software applications and effectively communicate their features and workflows to end-users.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.

Knowledge of software development tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an added advantage
