About the Role

Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify receipt data within the VTC portal to ensure

  accuracy, completeness, and timely processing

  .
• Analyze untrained and partially trained receipt data and train the system to

  improve recognition and automation levels

  .
• Investigate root causes of auto-rejected and manually approved receipts, documenting findings and preparing

  detailed reports for process optimization

  .
• Monitor approval-pending receipts and add internal notes to enhance

  RPE API performance

  for higher auto-approval rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

  receipt validation and data processing workflows

  .
• Configure and set up

  digital campaigns

  based on business requirements and provided briefs.
• Provide

  application support

  and ensuring smooth functioning across environments.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  SQL

  and familiarity with the

  .NET framework

  .
• Experience supporting

  web and mobile applications

  .
• Understanding of

  cloud platforms

  (Azure, AWS).
• Good to have exposure to

  SaaS-based applications

  .
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like

  JIRA or ServiceNow

  .
• Experience in

  end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  .
• Knowledge of

  application testing and deployments

  across multiple environments.
• Ability to

  prepare user manuals

  and deliver

  user training sessions

  .

Desired Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in

  Application Support / Production Support

  roles.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a

  fast-paced environment
