Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist, located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Specialist is responsible for understanding and communicating product information, assisting with sales efforts, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and technical support.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer Service skills, including resolving issues and providing support
• Sales skills, including product demonstrations and supporting sales teams
• Product Specialists experience or relevant roles
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
