Product Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Product Specialist – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our IT products and solutions to clients. This role demands a strong understanding of IT products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical features and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand and present IT products and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

● Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to act as the subject matter expert.

● Work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

● Manage pre-sales and post-sales support activities, including responding to RFPs, RFQs, and client queries.

● Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and market insights.

● Drive sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

● Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.

● Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build product awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2–5 years of experience in IT product sales or pre-sales roles.

● Strong technical background and understanding of IT products, software solutions, or enterprise systems.

● Proven sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

● Willingness to travel as required.
