We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Product Specialist β Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our IT products and solutions to clients. This role demands a strong understanding of IT products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical features and customer needs.
β Understand and present IT products and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
β Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to act as the subject matter expert.
β Work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
β Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
β Manage pre-sales and post-sales support activities, including responding to RFPs, RFQs, and client queries.
β Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and market insights.
β Drive sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
β Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
β Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build product awareness and generate leads.
β Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
β 2β5 years of experience in IT product sales or pre-sales roles.
β Strong technical background and understanding of IT products, software solutions, or enterprise systems.
β Proven sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
β Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
β Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
β Willingness to travel as required.
