Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage dentists within the assigned territory/city.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct negotiations with dentists and secure profitable deals/contracts.
  • Address and resolve objections related to products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or relevant industry.
  • Prior experience in aligners, dental products, medical devices, pharma, or healthcare preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
